Free Cutting LED strip, also called Flex One LED strip or Single Cut LED Strip, can be cut by every one LED(8.33mm) or every two LEDs(16.6mm). Due to the short cutting length, Mini Cutting LED strip is usually used together with aluminum profiles or LED neon tubes, making it very suitable for DIY. which can solve the problem of dark areas at the end. A 24V power supply can drive any one LED (a circuit). Thus, it is ideal for retail and other commercial applications needing maximum brightness to highlight features. Customized design is warmly welcome, we can realize it according to our customer’s requirements.Our free cut led strip products are available in pure white and dual white.Of course, we can also customize any white color temperature, RGB, RGBW and RGB CCT according to customer needs.
1. Free cut LED strips mainly use SMD2835 package size lamp beads. Reinforced and thickened bracket, 0.75mm. Resistant to bending.
2.High flexibility and small shearing unit(Short cut length, 8.33mm(Single Color) / 16.6mm(Tunable White) / cut)
3.Product power is optional, 6W/m, 10W/m, 14W/m, 16W/m.
4.Lamp bead densities include 120LEDs/m, 144LEDs/m, 168LEDs/m etc., can be customized.
5.PCB board has 5mm/8mm options.
6.The copper foil thickness of the double-sided PCB board adopts the standard 2OZ (35um on the front + 35um on the back).
7.Conventional CRI>80, CRI>90 or>95 can also be provided, color tolerance SDCM<5.
8.The IP grades of the product are IP20, IP65, IP67, IP68.
9.OEM or ODM mode of cooperation can be provided.
