As an important product in the field of modern lighting and decoration, LED neon light strips are widely used in commercial advertising, home decoration and landscape lighting due to their energy-saving, durability and rich colors. Its production process involves multiple precision links to ensure that product quality and performance meet international standards.

The first step in producing LED neon light strips is material preparation. The main raw materials include flexible PCB circuit boards, LED lamp beads, resistors, capacitors and other electronic components, as well as PVC or silicone outer skins. These materials must be strictly screened to ensure compliance with environmental protection and safety standards.

The next step is circuit design and printing. According to customer needs, engineers design circuit layouts to ensure uniform current distribution and avoid LED overheating or light decay problems. Subsequently, the circuit pattern is printed on the flexible PCB board by automated equipment to prepare for subsequent welding processes.

LED lamp bead welding is one of the key steps. Using SMT (surface mount technology) or manual welding, the LED lamp beads are accurately fixed on the PCB board and connected to components such as resistors. The quality of welding directly affects the brightness and stability of the light strip, so it needs to be inspected by AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment.

After welding, it enters the packaging and waterproofing process. The light strip needs to be wrapped with a layer of PVC or silicone to enhance flexibility and waterproof performance. High-end products will also be filled with glue to ensure complete sealing and suitable for outdoor humid environments.

Aging test is an important link to ensure product quality. The light strip needs to be continuously lit for more than 72 hours in a high temperature and high humidity environment to detect whether there are problems such as dead lights, light decay or circuit failure. Only products that pass the test can enter the packaging stage.

Finally, it is packaging and shipping. The light strip is cut to standard length and wound on a plastic shaft. It is packaged in anti-static bags and cartons to ensure safe transportation. Some products will also come with installation instructions and certification documents to meet the needs of the international market.

The production process of LED neon light strips combines electronic technology, material science and precision manufacturing. Every link must be strictly controlled to produce high-quality products to meet the diverse needs of global customers.
